Anthony Karam
Executive Chairman, TMA Group of Companies Limited
Anthony was appointed as Managing Director of Ticket Manufacturers Australia Pty Limited in 1996. In October 2008 Anthony was appointed Managing Director of Mark Sensing Limited and to the Board of Queensland Gaming & Wagering Supplies Pty Limited.
In November 2008 he was appointed to the Board of Parking Australia and in 2010 as Executive Chairman of TMA Group of Companies Limited. In 2011 Anthony was appointed as a member of the Maronite Diocesan Finance Council where he served for 12 years. He also served on the Board of the Parking Association of Australia for over 7 years and in 2015 was appointed as Vice President of Parking Australia.
In 2022 Anthony was appointed to the Board of Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese Limited and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee. He also holds several director positions in companies located in Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, Europe, China, Hong Kong and The Philippines.

Corriene Karam
Executive Director, TMA Group of Companies Limited
In 1997 Corriene was appointed as Executive Director of the TMA Group, responsible for Finance and Operations.
In 2004 she completed a Master in Finance & Accounting at UTS Sydney. In 2008 Corriene was appointed as the Chief Operations Officer and then in 2011 Corriene was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the TMA Group.
She serves on the Diocesan Finance committee for the Parramatta Diocese from 2012 to 2017 and has recently been invited and accepted to serve again in 2019.
Corriene has extensive knowledge and experience in manufacturing, logistics, procurement, accounts as well as management information systems and processes. Her role encompasses management of special projects such as implementation of acquisitions, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and ISO accreditation.

Tony Saad
Independent Director, TMA Group of Companies Limited
Mr Tony Saad graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Sydney University in 1992 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) in 2003. For twelve years Tony owned and operated several successful group dental practices located in Sydney. Since completing his MBA, Tony has consulted to several companies in the areas of business development, strategy, marketing, contract management and negotiation and business process analysis.
In October 2008 Tony was appointed as Non-Executive Director of the TMA Group.
